Army Building
Models do not need to be painted but should be fully assembled and on the correct base sizes.
Alternate models may be used, providing there is no potential for confusion from your opponent. We also do not allow the use of direct proxies, but instead encourage cool conversions.
Players will need to build a 2000pt army following the army building rules set out in the Old World rulebook on Page 276. We will be using the Open War army composition.
You may also build your army using the renegades pack found here:
Tables
Games will be played on 6x4ft tables, and scenery will be pre-set by the tournament organiser. If the terrain needs resetting, please call the organiser over before the start of your game.
Conduct
All games of The Old World should be played in a generous spirit. We expect all players to show good conduct in all aspects of the event. Players are expected to treat each other and the event staff with respect and behave in a mature and considerate manner, including during any disputes.
Player responsibilities
Each player is responsible for bringing their own miniatures, dice, rules manuals, relevant FAQs, their army list and tokens, and for accepting all the events rules and rulings. It is every players responsibility to read this event pack and adhere to its instructions and guidance. It is every players responsibility to meet all the timings required by this pack, including but not exclusively correct army list submission, being at their games on time, finishing their games on time and submitting their scores on time.
